Why ProstAid is not sold in a duka la dawa
The local duka la dawa is where most Tanzanians go first when something feels wrong. It is close, it opens early, and the person behind the counter is known by name. ProstAid is not there — and we do not plan to put it there.
The reason has nothing to do with the quality of those shops. It has to do with the kind of product this is: ProstAid is not something you buy once when the pain starts. It is a 30-day course that needs explanation, a schedule and follow-up.
A course does not sell in pieces
A man who walks in, buys one jar and is told nothing will take 30 capsules over ten days. In ten days the change is only beginning: night trips start dropping, the burning starts to settle. He will conclude the product does not work — when what he missed were the remaining twenty days.
When we sell it ourselves that does not happen. The consultant explains that one jar is ten days, a full course is thirty, and what to expect each week. Only then is the order placed.
Products that arrive without a trail
In an open market, men's health supplements are the most widely copied category there is. A similar jar, a similar label, a similar name — and no way to know what is inside. The name "Prostaid" alone belongs to several products worldwide with completely different formulas from ours.
A shopkeeper buys from a wholesaler, who bought from someone else. If he sells you a bad jar he has no way of knowing and no way of proving otherwise. Selling direct means we know which batch every jar came from.
Retail pricing on a three-jar course
A retail chain adds margin at every stage. On one jar that is tolerable; on the three jars of a full course it becomes a real difference. Our price is 89,900 TZS per jar anywhere in Tanzania, and it does not move with the region or the season.

No. We have never supplied ProstAid to a duka la dawa or any street drug shop in Tanzania. Every genuine jar comes from us directly.
A shop claims to have ProstAid. What should I do?
Ask to see the jar before paying. Ours is white with a green label reading BIO-PAWA ProstAid, Advanced Formulation Prostate System, and 30 capsules. If it does not match, it is not our product and we cannot vouch for what is inside it.
Are you saying street shops are bad?
Not at all. They do essential work for everyday illness. But they are not built to handle a 30-day course that needs explanation, follow-up and certainty about the origin of every jar.
What if I live in a village?
