ProstAid is not stocked at JD Pharmacy — here is why
JD Pharmacy is one of the larger pharmacy networks in Tanzania, with branches in Dar es Salaam and other cities. Many of our customers start their search there. They do not find ProstAid — because we have never supplied our product to any retail network in the country.
This is not a failing of the shop. It is our decision as the manufacturer, and it has reasons that land directly on what you pay and what you receive.
What happens when a product goes through retail
The retail chain has four stages: manufacturer, importer, wholesaler, shop. Each stage has legitimate costs — transport, warehousing, staff, shelf space, expiring stock. Nobody works for free, and each adds a percentage on top of what they paid.
For a product bought once, that increase is tolerable. For a supplement that needs a 30-day course — three jars, the same increase becomes the burden that makes a man stop halfway. And a course stopped halfway produces nothing.

Second reason: a shelf cannot explain a course
ProstAid is not a one-off tablet. It is a course: three capsules a day, one jar per ten days, thirty days in total. A man who buys a single jar off a shelf without being told that will take it for ten days, see modest change, and conclude the product does not work.

Third reason: we know where every jar came from
Men's health products are the most widely copied category in the East African market. The name "Prostaid" alone is used by several products worldwide, including tablets from an Indian company with a completely different formula from ours.
Selling direct means we know which batch your jar came from and who carried it. Once a product passes through four hands, that ability disappears — and the buyer carries the loss.

Why would a manufacturer keep a product off a large retail chain?
A retail shop pays for shelf space, staff and unsold stock. Those costs come back in the price. For a supplement that needs a 30-day course, that increase is exactly what makes men stop halfway.
Someone is selling ProstAid in a drug shop — what should I do?
Do not buy it. Check the label: our jar carries the BIO-PAWA mark, the words Advanced Formulation Prostate System, and 30 capsules. Send us a photo of the jar if you want confirmation.
I want to see the product before paying. Is that possible?
Yes. You pay when the courier hands you the parcel. You hold the jar, read the label, then hand over the money. There is no prepayment.
