We handle questions about orders, dosage, replacements and complaints from across Tanzania. Write in English or Swahili — we reply in the language you used.
Service hours
Monday – Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00 (East Africa Time)
Confirmation calls go out within these hours. Fill the form in the evening and we call the next morning.
Tracking your order
After you submit the form, a consultant calls the number you entered within 20 minutes during service hours. If you are unreachable, we call twice more that day and again the next. Your order is not cancelled until we reach you.
Replacements and complaints
If the jar you received does not match the description on our pharmacies page, or the parcel arrived damaged, send us a photo of the jar and the phone number you ordered with. We replace it at no cost.
Press and partnership requests
Requests about the product, formula or distribution go to the same email with the subject "Partnership". We do not grant retail distribution rights in Tanzania.
