Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect through prostaid.net, how we use it and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
- Name and phone number — entered by you in the order form.
- Delivery address — given to the consultant by phone, not on the website.
- Technical data — IP address and the city it resolves to, the page you ordered from, and campaign markers (sub1–sub5) present in the link you opened.
We do not collect health information, account numbers or identity documents through this website.
How we use it
- To call you and confirm the order and the delivery address.
- To prepare and deliver the parcel.
- To handle replacements and complaints.
- To measure which pages generate orders, using campaign markers that do not identify you personally.
Who we share it with
Your name, phone number and address are passed to the customer service centre that makes the confirmation call and to the courier delivering the parcel. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to advertise other companies' products.
Retention
Order data is kept for 12 months from the delivery date so we can handle replacements and questions. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to msaada@prostaid.net from the phone number you ordered with. We act within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Campaign markers travel in the page link and are not stored in your browser.

If the policy changes, the new version appears on this page. Last updated August 2026.
