Terms of use

These terms apply to every order placed through prostaid.net by customers located in Tanzania.

The product

ProstAid is a dietary supplement for men. One jar holds 30 capsules and the dose is three capsules a day. It is not a hospital medicine and requires no prescription.

Price and payment

One jar is 89,900 TZS, delivery included. Payment is made in cash when the courier hands over the parcel. We do not request prepayment by any method.

Placing an order

An order begins when you submit your name and phone number. It becomes valid once a consultant has reached you and confirmed the address and the number of jars. You may cancel at any time before the parcel is dispatched.

Delivery

1–3 days in the main cities and up to 5 days in outlying districts, counted from the day of confirmation. See the regional table.

Inspection and refusal

You have the right to inspect the jar before paying. If it does not match the description on this site, you may refuse the parcel at no cost to you.

Replacements

If the parcel arrives damaged or the jar is not correct, write to msaada@prostaid.net within 14 days with a photo. We replace it free of charge.

Limits of use

ProstAid is not intended for anyone under 18 or for women. Men allergic to any of the actives should not take it. A supplement does not replace a clinical examination; blood in urine, complete inability to urinate or high fever require hospital care.

Distribution

We have granted no person or organisation the right to sell ProstAid in Tanzania. Product sold outside this website did not come from us and we are not accountable for it.
