ProstAid has one selling route in Tanzania: this website. We run no physical shop, appoint no regional agents, and have never released stock to a distributor. Every jar that reaches a customer comes out of our own production batch.
This is not only a commercial preference. Men's health products are the most widely copied category in the East African market, and a short chain is the only one we can control from end to end.
What you are ordering is ProstAid — a dietary supplement for prostate health (tezi dume). It targets the swelling that squeezes the urethra, blood circulation inside the gland, and the zinc level. One jar holds 30 capsules, the dose is three a day, and it covers 10 days. It is not a hospital medicine, it needs no prescription, and it does not replace cancer treatment or surgery.

What if my internet connection is weak?
The form asks for a name and a phone number only — seconds even on a poor connection. Everything else is finished by phone with the consultant.
Do you deliver to the regions?
Yes, every region of mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar. Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma and Mbeya usually in 1–2 days; outlying districts up to 5.
Will I be asked to pay before delivery?
Never. We do not ask for M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa or Airtel Money before the parcel arrives. Anyone asking for money up front in the name of ProstAid is not us.
What if I miss the consultant's call?
We call twice more the same day and again the next day. Your order is not cancelled until we reach you.
