The price stays put
A wholesaler adds its margin, a shop adds its own. By the time a product like this reaches a shelf, the price has risen one and a half to two times. The direct route is what holds 89,900 TZS.
ProstAid is not stocked in pharmacies, drug shops or online marketplaces in Tanzania. We sell through this website only and ship straight to the customer. This has been our policy since the product entered the market — it is not a temporary situation.
We wrote this page because the question reaches us every week: "the pharmacy did not have it" or "someone is selling it, is that genuine?". The answer is below, along with the reasoning behind the decision.

The jar you receive comes from our production batch and travels with a courier we work with. Once a product passes through several hands, that chain breaks.
Our consultant explains why three capsules a day, why a 30-day course, and what to do if you miss one. A counter with a queue behind it has no time for that conversation.
Customers ask about three in particular. We have written a full answer for each.
If a parcel arrives and the jar does not match this description, write to us at once. We replace it without questions.
Leave your name and phone number. Our consultant calls you back within 20 minutes to confirm the address and delivery time.
No. We have never released ProstAid to a pharmacy, a wholesaler or a drug shop in Tanzania. This website is the only route.
It is not our product. Several products worldwide share a similar name — for example tablets from an Indian company also called Prostaid, with a completely different formula. Check that the jar carries the BIO-PAWA mark and 30 capsules.
Three reasons: the price would rise at every hand in the middle, we could no longer trace where each jar came from, and no counter assistant is going to spend ten minutes explaining a 30-day course. The direct route holds all three.
The form asks for a name and a phone number only. Everything else is finished by phone, and payment happens in cash when the parcel arrives. No card, no account.
